At Fouras, we welcome you all year around into our small cottage village. You will find a respectful and family atmosphere for your holidays, spa treatments or short breaks.
Located near beaches, a pedestrian street, shops and a daily market, you shall enjoy fully all the lovely features offered by our luminous peninsula.
Our cottages combine comfort and cleanliness in harmonious shades of blue, for your pleasure.
You will enjoy a private garden with trees and flowers and their lovely colours and smells. Each cottage includes a terrace, as well as a parking space. Based on our eco commitment, you will discover a haven of peace that you will find stress free and a real change of scenery.
Facing Fort Boyard and the island of Aix, the Fouras Peninsula is ideally located 20 minutes from La Rochelle, 10 minutes from Rochefort and 40 minutes from Royan and the islands of Ré and Oléron.

Since its beginning, La Guillaumette has been committed to welcoming you in a comfortable and respectful environment. All our approaches are based on eco tourism.
How can we reduce in the long term, our impact on Fouras, a fragile and extraordinary peninsula?
Over 10 years ago, we were awarded two eco labels, “La Clef Verte” in 2010 and “Ecolabel Européen” in 2012. It has deeply changed my outlook and actions on eco issues, setting up an on-going dynamic of progress.

We remain very careful with hygiene and disinfecting our cottages between guests stays.
We keep on changing pillows, blankets, duvets as well as airing fully our cottages.
